Order Information / Purchase Agreement
After you place an order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided . The order confirmation contains all information about your order.
If there is something that is not correct, please contact me directly through the contact form.
By placing an order, you accept the SBC Terms, which you can read about on this page, and purchase agreement is established.
You must be 18 years old or have the goalkeeper's approval to add one ordering.
All use of the SBC products are at your own risk. Never leave your child un-supervised when using the chunky products.
Delivery / Shipping
Since all products are made to order, delivery time is approximately 2-5 weeks depending on whether your color selection is in stock (with reservation for back order at supplier)
All orders are shipped with Postnord and normal delivery times are 1-4 weeks (depending on country) after the product is manufactured and handed in to postal agents.
If the item you have ordered is in stock and ready to ship, it will be shipped within 1-3 days.
Please email me if there is a special item / color you are wondering if it is in stock.
If there are any delays in your delivery (in addition to the delivery times you can read about above), I will contact you about this, and you, as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase.
If it would be that your product has been sent but you have not received it within the days stated, please contact me via the contact form.
SBC reserves the right to waive all reimbursement to Customer regarding delays and Lost deliveries due to the fact that the supplier or freight forwarder can not fulfill his obligations to us.
Shipping outside Sweden (EU)
When a package is shipped internationally , it may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of the destination and SBC does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. Custom duty is not applied on gods sold within the EU
If any of these additional costs may apply it is the buyer that pays for them.

The buyer always stands for the freight based on the weight of the item. You will receive a shipping ID so you can follow your package.
Prices quoted in the webshop are in SEK (Swedish Kronor) and include 25% VAT.
All prices are current and may change.
SBC reserves the right to price changes due to changes from supplier, price pressure in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information. SBC reserves the right to adjust the price.
SBC only offers safe payment via Stripe and Klarna.
When you place your order at SBC, you need to provide certain personal information. Return and complaint on SBC's knitted products
The merino wool I use is unspun wool, which allows the occurrence of pilling and shedding. This is common when using wool products and is NOT counted as a production error and can not be relied upon complaint.
Read more in CARE ADVICE, how to best take care of your product. Since SBC products are manufactured by hand, shape and size may vary, sizes as indicated are approximate.
Please Note: Colours may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the nature of natural fibre.
SBC has taken every step to represent the colours correctly, but we do recommend ordering a sample for clarity as colours can change depending on your screen settings.
Right of return and return.
When you shop at SBC, you as a (private) customer have 14 days right of withdrawal under the distance contract law.
The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you have received the item.
This does not apply to companies!

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods / products that are specially ordered or custom made for you as customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply for companies.
If your product is damaged or defect when receiving it, please contact SBC via the contact form immediately so we can fix the error.
Incorrect or damaged product should be advertised no later than 3 days after receipt.
In the mail you write your name, reason for the complaint and attachments image, both on the item you wish to advertise as well as on the packaging.
When returning an advertised item, SBC will of course stand for the freight and possible replacement of a new product.
The product should be returned well packaged and in its original packaging. As soon as SBC receive the product for review, we will try to resolve the issue in the best way for both parties.
Please note that sometimes we need to contact our supplier for further information instructions. SBC applies the consumer's right of complaint.
The merino wool that is used is unspun wool, which is a soft and delicate material that may allow thin threads to go off when you are lift and use the product.
This is NOT counted as a production error and can not be relied upon complaint. The same applies to the occurrence of pilling and shedding, as this is common when using wool products.
Products that have been washed can NOT be reclaimed.

If you should detect a shipping damage on your package, please report immediately with the carrier at your place of delivery so that it is documented. Be sure to check your delivery.
Products handmade according to your order are not exchanged.
Products and orders made by companies are not exchanged.
Other goods have a right of exchange within 14 Days after receipt of the goods, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and new shipping on the item.
The money is refunded when the product is SBC available and reviewed. According to the distance trading act, SBC has 30 days to refund.
Packages not picked up by customer.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged as a customer for SEK 495 for administration costs and return shipping.
Your package is available at the delivery point for 14 days. Unpacked packages are not counted as cancellation of your purchase. According to Swedish law, you must always notify us of the right of withdrawal, complaint, replacement or Return of your order.
We reserve the right for any printing errors and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the pictures reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference can depend on the display, photo quality and resolution. The colors may vary in shade due to dyelot and batch.
According to the Act on Electronic Information, visitors to a website for privacy purposes shall receive information that cookies are used. The information in the cookie is possible to use to follow a user web surfing. Cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer for to provide access to various functions. You can set their browser to automatically deny cookies.
